Looking for a Racing crew, Deckhand or Cook position
I work together with my partner as a couple team, sharing the same passion for sailing, hospitality, and adventure. I’m an experienced skipper with a strong background in racing and deliveries, known for staying calm under pressure and keeping things organized and safe on board. My partner is a creative and professional chef and deckhand, who also captures great photos and brings a lot of positive energy and care to everything she does.
We’ve been working together across the Caribbean, Pacific, and Europe on racing campaigns, deliveries, and private charters. Our teamwork comes naturally, I focus on navigation, maintenance, and deck operations, while she manages the galley, provisioning, and guest service. Together, we always aim to create a relaxed but professional atmosphere on board.
Her experience running several businesses helps us stay organized and efficient, and her love for cooking brings people together. My time at sea, both racing and cruising, has taught me how to manage the boat, solve problems quickly, and keep everything running smoothly.
We’re now looking for our next position on a performance sailing yacht or private vessel where we can keep learning, working hard, and contributing as a strong, reliable team.
