Looking for a Voluntary work position

I’d love to spend my winter on the sea and join a sailing crew for an adventure. I got my sailing license last summer, but I’m still pretty new to sailing and keen to learn more.
Mostly, I’m looking to have a great time on board, meet new people, and improve my sailing skills while enjoying life on the water.
