I’m an experienced Captain with extensive background in yacht and charter management, specializing in luxury crewed operations across the Adriatic and Mediterranean. I bring a strong focus on safety, service excellence, and leadership, ensuring the highest standards both for owners and guests.
At this stage, I’m looking for a permanent or rotational Captain position, ideally on a yacht where I can lead a full crew and take full responsibility for vessel operations, maintenance, and guest experience.
I have a reliable and professional team available — crew members with over 20 years of experience, ready to join under a rotational system if required. I’m also open to relocation opportunities and long-term commitments, as stability and crew cohesion are key to my leadership approach.
