Looking for a Competent Crew position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew and share an adventure.
Role sought : Competent crew / Watchkeeper
Experience : 1300 nm offshore, including long passages (Brest–Amsterdam), night watches, helm, sail handling.
Training : Marine watch officer (O.O.W) training, French offshore licence.
Confidence level : Autonomous for basic tasks, able to stand night watches supervised, quick learner, reliable under stress.
Goal: to cross the Atlantic, preferably towards Latin America (Caribbean also considered), flexible regarding the exact destination.
