Young novice with first experiences on open water looking for a Novice Crew or mile-building position!
Hi! I’m Moritz, 25, and new on Crewbay.
I’m currently looking for a position as a novice crew or for mile building, where I can learn hands-on, contribute on board, and grow my sailing skills. I’m curious, easy-going, and always happy to lend a hand.
I still don't know what will happen with my studies and my job, so I'm completely free from the beginning of 2026. I would love to join short cruising trips, longer deliveries or mile-building trips as well!
My experiences so far are limitied to german lakes (especially Lake of Constance) and the german baltic coast. I took part in multiple short regattas and one two-hand 24h regatta. My biggest trip yet was sailing in the northern sporades in Greece for three weeks.
I am excited to broaden my experiences and to meet all kinds of interesting new people and cultures!
