Motivated Crew Member – Caribbean & Central America 2026
Hi! I’m a 22-year-old sailor from Italy. I speak Italian, English and German fluently, and I’m currently learning Spanish.
I have good basic sailing experience, mainly on dinghies, and I’ve recently started gaining experience on sailing yachts through several summer sailing courses. I’m still learning, but I’m motivated and keen to improve my skills at sea.
I’m looking for opportunities to build sea time and practical experience, and I’m open to deliveries, cruising and racing.
On board, I’m reliable, cooperative and adaptable, comfortable with shared responsibilities. I also enjoy cooking and helping with daily life on board, and I’m always willing to learn.
I’m available from January 2026 to September 2026 in the Caribbean and Central America.
