Looking to develop my skills and experience sailing

Hello, my name is Jude and I am from Scotland. I have my RYA Competent Crew certification and I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship, Competent Crew or Mile building. I'm eager to build my knowledge and experience of sailing as well as meet new people.
In life I work freelance but usually do not work from November - March. Ideally I could crew during these months off.
