Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship or Voluntary work position

I am Thomas, a 25-year old guy from Estonia. I have been travelling since end of September, firstly in Europe and now in Argentina where I will stay until March. And I was thinking of going back by crossing the Atlantic, so here I am, looking for a boat who would go from either South America or Central America towards Europe in March or after (can also be late February).
