Motivated Yachtmaster Offshore, looking for Sailing Deckhand or Stew/Deck position
My name is Lucie. I am a reliable, disciplined and motivated crew member, committed to a long-term career at sea.
My passion for sailing began in 2021 with passages from Valencia to the Canary Islands, followed by a Pacific crossing and the Atlantic in 2024. These experiences taught me resilience, adaptability and strong attention to detail.
To build on this, I completed UKSA training and earned my commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore certification. I also delivered an 80’ Sunreef catamaran to the Caribbean as Watch Leader, assisting with high-standard charter preparation.
Resourceful and hands-on, I integrate quickly into a team and take initiative where needed. My background in management and Tourism developed my professionalism, organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure. I am always eager to learn, improve and contribute effectively and positively.
I would be delighted to bring my skills, reliability and positive attitude to a crew and a vessel.
