Looking for an introduction to leisure yachts and sailing

Hi - in May, I'll be in Greece on an RYA learning course. I've passed my Day Skipper Theory. However, I've never been on a yacht and would like to have a friendly introduction to get me started, so I know how the sails work (for example). I'm happy to pay a day rate for this experience if anyone was interested. I live in Worcester and would prefer Bristol, South Wales or the South Coast if possible. Many thanks, Neil
