Dive Master, Crew, Photographer or Friendship position
Hi! I’m Caro. I’ve spent the last seven years traveling the world full-time, with the last three dedicated to life below the surface. As a PADI Divemaster with over 600 dives, I’m completely at home in the water and love sharing that passion with others.
My background is in marketing and content creation. I’m an underwater photographer and videographer who loves documenting the beauty of life at sea.
I have experience volunteering in marine conservation (humpback whales, sea turtles, and guiding marine biologist on scientific projects), so I’m used to the "all hands on deck" lifestyle. I’m hard-working, adaptable, and I genuinely enjoy the camaraderie that comes with being part of a close-knit crew.
I’m looking for a position that combines my love for the ocean, wildlife, diving with my desire to learn the ropes of sailing. I’m professional when it counts, but I’m also here for the great stories and shared sunsets.
What I bring to the crew:
Diving: 600 dives experience; calm under pressure and safety-oriented.
Media Skills: Skilled in underwater photography and video editing (I can help document the journey!).
Volunteer Spirit: Experience in conservation work; I’m happy to pitch in wherever help is needed, from the galley to the deck.
Languages: Fluent English, Spanish and currently learning French.
