Keen beginner looking for passage crew - happy to graft
Hi, I’m Tom, 39, from London. I’m in the early stages of a career transition into sailing and looking for passage crew opportunities to learn to sail and get some sea miles under my belt.
I hold STCW, ENG1, RYA VHF/SRC, RYA Powerboat Level 2 and RYA Diesel Engine. My background is in carpentry and set building so I’m handy to have around for maintenance and repairs. I’ve also spent years in hospitality so I’m easy to get along with and comfortable in close quarters with people I’ve just met.
I’m not looking for a holiday. I want to learn, pull my weight, take watches and be genuinely useful. Happy to help with whatever’s needed on board.
