Hi, I’ve recently joined Crewbay and I’m actively looking for an opportunity as a novice crew member, mile building position, or voluntary placement. I’m especially interested in gaining real sailing experience, improving my skills, and learning from experienced crew.
I’m a motivated, fast learner and open to teamwork, shared responsibilities, and life at sea. I’m also looking forward to meeting new people, building connections, and contributing positively on board.
