American/Mexican just moved back to Mexico and looking to get back on the sea. I’ve spent 14 years in my career as a helicopter engineer/mechanic and very handy for marine maintenance jobs. Sturdy navigation and cooking skills. My superpower is naps and it’s very difficult to get me sea sick. Spent a lot of time isolated in the field around Antarctica and Alaska. Love the nature, quiet tranquility and exposure of the sea. I have limited miles cruising under sail on the seas (less than 500), but have a deep desire to learn more and ready to invest in the adventure. I’m a bit quiet, but not shy and enjoy meeting new people.
The voyages I’m aiming at are mostly on the Pacific Coast of Mesoamerica. Primarily the Mexican coast (Mexico is home). Also game to return to Alaska or Patagonia. I have a wealth of knowledge and contacts in the islands/coast of Southeast Alaska, Patagonia and the Aleutian Islands.
