Over the years, my culinary path has led me from the remote shores of Yemen and Oman to private villas in the Caribbean, and ultimately onto the decks of luxury sailing yachts across Europe and Africa. Each chapter has enriched my skills, sharpened my intuition, and deepened my understanding of what it means to cook with purpose, anywhere in the world.
Trained in a Michelin-starred kitchen in Italy, I now focus on refined, adaptive cuisine tailored for high-end environments: yachts, exclusive retreats, and private estates. My cooking blends elegance with practicality, always attuned to the unique rhythm and demands of life at sea.
Fluent in four languages and comfortable within international crews, I bring discretion, precision, and calm to every galley.
I am actually serving as regatta chef for the Baltic sailing team Nola's Estonia, supporting their Admiral’s Cup and Fastnet campaigns with high-performance menus, sharp logistics, and unwavering focus.
