Do you need a reliable skipper to deliver or sail your boat? I can deliver your boat, alternatively, I am able to help you to get more sailing experience to get back into the groove. Keep watches when on passage, help with daily chores or just to assist in case you want to sail with someone more experienced for your peace of mind. I am skilful and have a lot of diverse experiences on board and sailed on many different mono and multihulls.
As a certified electrician and IT expert, I can be very useful on a boat. Not only I am able to repair a sail, fix a computer, or find electrical errors, I will be also useful in the pantry to cook a nice meal or put up a great breakfast.
As a skipper, I sailed mostly in the Mediterranean Sea, delivered boats over the Indian Ocean and sailed in rough seas around the shores of Portugal towards Gibraltar on a variety of different sailing vessels.
I have a ham radio license, different german sailing certificates (SKS, SRC & FKN) and have collected first-hand experiences when skippering boats on my own. Complemented with a good humour, I am flexible and can make a journey more joyful by passing on my expertise to fellow sailors.

Excellent skipper
I hired Uwe as a relief skipper for two weeks on a brand new lagoon 50 catamaran , he was everything he said on his profile and more. Excellent sailor and a very nice easy going person. My owner and crew loved him. Would definitely recommend him.
