Retired Engineer/Lecturer seeking sailing for pleasure
I have had many years experience of sail cruising, the main areas being:Southampton-Silly Isles-Bristol Chanel-Cardigan Bay, Anglesey & the Menai Straits-IOM-Irish East Coast, North Wales-Scotland West Coast .
Also a North Sea crossing, Ipswich - Holland and the inland sea, with the Ocean Youth Club as second mate.
I have also been Dinghy Sailing and Instructing for many years being a Dinghy Sailing Senior Instructor.
My main sailing has bean in a variety of sailing cruisers but my friends and colleagues have all sold their boats or moved away.
Therefore I would like the chance to do some more cruising for pleasure in the northern areas.
