Experienced skipper and boat owner looking for relaxed sailing opportunities
Hi, I'm an experienced cruising yachtsman, having logged over 10,000 miles. I've been sailing for 30 years and have owned several yachts based on the south coast of the UK. Having recently retired, I now co-own a Bavaria 42 based in Greece, that I sail for 6 weeks each season but I'm looking for relaxed sailing opportunities in addition to my Greek odysseys to fill my newly expanded leisure time. This could be UK coastal or offshore stuff or even ocean passages e.g. ARC. I would give consideration to all offers. I'm a mature individual, a family man, with the wisdom and cool head that comes with age (hopefully!). I'm fit, very practical, hands-on and flexible, I enjoy sailing and socialising, have a good sense of humour and the ability to fit in with other crew members.
