Looking for a Competent Crew, Novice Crew, Voluntary/Work or Friendship position
Hi - I joined Crewbay over a year ago. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, Amateur Crew, Voluntary work and Mile building. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people! I have longed to get back on the water and travel. As of present time I am in a small Sailing Club in Florida where I took some ASA classes. As part of the club I can use there boats as often as I want for day sailing only. Plenty of time now to pursue my DREAM of sailing wherever and whenever possible. I bought my 1st sailboat this year and made several extended day/night trips, while still fixing her up. (Project boat). The sailing trips I've been on we can discuss on the phone as this part of Crewbay is not private. I am grown women that loves the sea, sailing, travel and adventure, not necessarily in that order. I maybe older than some that are registered, but I believe maturity counts a lot. Use to know a little Portuguese when I lived in Azores for over a year, but have lost most of the language. I could get by, as long as they are talking slow, (smiling). I also know International Sign Langue Alphabet and some whole word/phrases. Love to Laugh, appropriately.
