I'm a trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu). Last 2 years as sole Chef/1stMate/Stew on a beautiful 60’ luxury Charter Yacht.

Hi !

I excel in cuisine creation, menu development and food hygiene and allergens management; a trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu) for over 20 years. I have worked on both sides of the food industry – the yacht, resort, restaurant management side, as well as the inspection side (currently a HABC food safety consultant, trainer and author).

The last 2 years I have been the sole Chef/1stMate/Stew on a beautiful 60’ luxury Charter Yacht in the BVIs and the Bahamas. Currently, I am based in Ft. Lauderdale freelancing as a yacht chef here as well as finishing my wine Sommelier diploma. I am also an RYA Yachtmaster (sail) with over 30,000 nm and a PADI MSDT instructor.
