Looking for professional Deck Crew, Delivery/ Charter Crew and Mile building position
Hi, I'm interested in finding a position as Deck Crew, Delivery Crew/ Charter Crew or Mile building. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people and furthering my maritime experience.
I have recently successfully completed my BSc (Hons) in Oceanography and Coastal Processes at the University of Plymouth and am looking to embark on new experiences throughout the summer of 2022.
I have been on many boats in my life and love to spend my time at sea. I am aiming to gain my day skipper as my experience and knowledge evolves. I am looking to continue to develop my sailing skills alongside my career as a field Oceanographer, as important as Oceanography has become to me I am still an adventurer at heart and the dream would be to find a position that would allow myself and my partner (a qualified yacht master offshore skipper - power and sail) to travel whilst working in the Oceanography field.
I have experience handling power/ motor vessels, personal watercrafts and sailing vessels. I am a water sports enthusiast spending the majority of my free time in and on the water.
I am looking for crewing opportunities on short and long voyages during this summer 2022. If there is a marine science aspect then even better.
