Looking for Sole Chef/ Crew Chef Position
I'm now looking for my 3rd season as Sole Chef/ Crew Chef .
I will be finishing my current position as Sole Chef and will be looking for my next position as either Sole/ Crew Chef.
Prior to my current role I spent Five months on a 60 meter M/Y as crew chef, I would now like to broaden my experience as a Deckhand or another chef role, and I'm available immediately.
I consider myself to be bright, outgoing and enthusiastic and eager to learn with a strong work ethic ( I don't like being idle and prefer to be busy).
I have a broad experience as a qualified Chef, from fine dining, seafood, crew, to executive food preparation.
Qualified STCW, Powerboat level 2, ENG1, South Australia Boat License, Seaman’s discharge book and security awareness certifications.
I have a good understanding of Crewing with experience of tender driving, varnishing, detailing, two-part teak preparation, full wash down experience, and excellent guest interaction/etiquette skills.
