Looking for an Electrical Engineer or 2nd Engineer position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. My 14-year-old daughter and I are seeking passage from Panama to Maui, Hawaii on a yacht as paying passengers and/or working passengers. I'm looking forward to introducing my daughter to the world of Open-Ocean Sailing. My daughter can cook and clean, while I am an experienced marine mechanic, electrician, plumber and carpenter. With the proper tools and spare parts, I can repair almost anything. I am also skilled at making emergency repairs with whatever tools and materials are available (like in the middle of the Pacific Ocean). I have cruising experience between Hawaii and French Polynesia and locally within the Hawaiian Islands. I am a waterman, growing-up in Hawaii, surfing, free-diving, SCUBA diving, and fishing. My daughter swims and snorkels. I speak English fluently, Thai, Tahitian and Hawaiian well, German, French and Spanish fair.
