Reaching Every country without flying since 2013
Hi - I'm Thor from Denmark and I've been spearheading www.OnceUponASaga.dk since 2013, when I left home in order to reach every single country in the world in a single unbroken journey completely without flying.
The Saga is on its final leg with "only" the Pacific remaining. I have spent many hours at sea as a passenger on board container ships, fishing boats, trawlers etc. I have some experience from recreational sailboats and motorboats within the Caribbean and of the coast of West Africa.
I am currently among the 300 most traveled people on earth and in the event that this project is completed then I will be the first to reach every country completely without flying. I travel as a goodwill ambassador of the Danish Red Cross and aim to promote the good/normality in each country, a keep on attitude and that a stranger is a friend you've never met before.
