Looking for sailing/fishing in Scotland/UK

Hi, I'd like to do short voluntary opportunities around the UK and hopefully build sea miles as I have a RYA Day Skipper, RYA Competent Crew, RYA VHF SRC, and RYA Powerboat Level 2 but I work throughout the week. If fishing boats are available I would also like to gain experience of the fishing industry. Willing to work hard in adverse conditions.
