Looking for For a sailtrip from mid December to January

Hey , Hey!
My Name is Soeren and I'm from northern Germany. I sailed my hole life so far. Mostly on our family boat (Benetau Oceanis) or as a racing crew member on a Farr44 and Club Swan 48. Moreover I have different licences for Sailing and the Short Range Certificate(SRC). I'm actually studying at the Sunshine Coast and want to explore Australia from December to January when I finished my studies.
Looking forward for a great sailing experience in Down Under!
