Looking for a boat as Competent Crew, Medical Staff, Delivery Crew or Voluntary work position

I am an active medical doctor, family specialist. We have been sailing with my wife for 20 years mostly in our Wayfarer sailing dinghy. We like making small cruise tours in our neighbourhood. Also we have attended sailing courses, rented 40 feet boats and sailed in Aegean Sea between Turkish coasts and Greek Islands more than 3 months total.
