Looking for a Chef position
I would welcome the opportunity to join the crew on a vessel, as I am looking to progress further in my field as a chef and work at sea and as a qualified and experienced chef I love to produce outstanding meals for the guests and crew using the abundant local produce and seafood’.
I am a passionate, hard working and committed individual, i remain calm under pressure and work extremely well and able to adapt in any situation and be resourceful. I have always challenged myself in my career and constantly striving to move forward, As i have been cooking for almost 16 years i am still learning as this is a never ending cycle to better on self as a person and in your profession.
I currently hold a valid STCW and ENG1 and have completed a course in marine cookery, in order for me to receive and ships cook certificate from the MCA i only need to complete 30 days at sea to fulfil their requirements. I hope to continue the rest of my career as a private yacht chef.
