Hello, I am a good student and want to learn.
I don't have a lot of sailing experience other than learning dinghy sailing as a young lad and sailing around the canals and meres of Friesland, Netherlands.
However, I also spent several years as a scuba diving Instructor working on Live-board boats.
I successfully directed a Man Overboard Recovery in Hong Kong harbor at night on a commercial vessel with 30 passengers on board (and 2 in the water!)
Also worked as an Air gun, Diesel engine and compressor mechanic on commercial seismic vessels, so lots of at sea experience.
I'm hoping to sail the South Pacific as a crew member. I enjoy repairing, fixing and improving things, I can cook quite well and know how to stay awake when needed. I can converse well or be quiet.
