I am an adventurer, architect and a writer. I am currently on the biggest adventure of my life. I am writing a book about my travel called 'sea, sailing and wisdom'.
My journey starter in 2020, as I left Finland. In November 2020 I crewed on a boat (which I found in crewbay) from Canary islands to Cape Verde, Mindelo. I crewed another boat for a month around the Capeverdian islands, and I decided to get off in an island called Brava. I stayed a year in this small, isolated island of 6000 inhabitants. I feel like I lived in a different time, in a world of fishermen in the early 1900. It was a peaceful world. There is hardly any money in Brava, but life is simple, sea is clean and nature beautiful.
Now, I have packed my bags and I am ready to travel again.

Sailing Canaries to Cape Verde 2020
Hanna sailed with me 1000 NM as an active crewmember on my 10m sailing boat from the Canaries to Cape Verde and around the Cape Verde islands. She did night shifts, steering, handling the sails and cooking. She is easy going, trustworthy, traveling with light luggage, don’t fear, taking care at the boat and is a good cook, she also plays her small “Guitar” and sings. Would always sail again with her.
