Uinsionn is a hard-working and conscientious crew member. He has good sailing knowledge and is always willing to increase that by experience or instruction. He is willing and able to turn his hand to almost any task on-board. In addition, he's a personable sort of chap and always good company. I would not hesitate to recommend him as crew for any skipper.
