Chef With 13+ Years Restaurant and yacht experience
I've been working as a chef for over 13 years now. I’ve worked as a sole and a sous chef on yachts before as well as having an extensive high end restaurant background working in fine dining and banqueting restaurants along with private work, bakeries and gastro pubs. As such I have developed a wide skill range and can turn my hand to all areas in the galley. I consider myself to be a well organised calm are no ego chef which my references will attest to.
