Chef With 10+ Years High End Experience
I've been working as a chef for over 10 years now, most recently at the Palace of Westminster in London. Here I've been running functions from a sit down dinner for 120 people to an afternoon tea or canape party for 250 people.
Having worked with senior responsibilities I have been in charge of training junior staff members, ordering for a catering facility serving over 600 people a day as well as general management of the kitchen. I have photos of the food I do on here and plenty of supplementary documents with more photos and menus that I can send through if we look to work together.
I'm looking for my first chef role at sea but I’m not new to the oceans, I have spent a lot of time at sea both sailing recreationally and when I used to work for a large cruise agency so I know my sea legs are well and truly attached.
