I have been living in Portugal and working on a motor Catamaran doing charters and a year ago a sailing Catamaran.I am a qualified chef and have worked on Superyachts in the past and have done a trans Atlantic.I am now looking for a new adventure to be back on the ocean fulltime.
My expertise spans luxury hospitality, yacht catering, having owned my own business in Cowes on the Isle of Wight and provided catering for the Olympic Sailing and paralympic team at the Olympics 2012.
Provided an e-commerce provisioning service, supplying gourmet ingredients to yachts.
Successfully catered and managed a premium yacht catering business, delivering bespoke onboard dining for elite sailing teams and regattas.
Event management, and my passion is creating high-end experiences for VIP clients. I have a strong background in managing premium onboard services and leading teams to achieve peak performance.
I have just returned back from working on a 93ft Royal Huisman yacht September 2025 as a chef on charter sailing around Italy,Corsica and South France and I am now looking for another opportunity as chef/stewardess for this coming season. Happy to send references and a CV.
