Looking for a Competent Crew, 1st Mate, 2nd Officer or O.O.W position
Hello, I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, 1st Mate, 2nd Officer or O.O.W.
I have over 10,000nm experience on multiple vessels ranging from small & intimate vessels with 5 crew and 12 passengers travelling the inside passageways along the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada, to working on large ships in the Arctic delivering general cargo on a heavy-lift vessel.
I also have extensive experience on sailboats. From a 22 foot day cruiser to being asked to work with professional crew on multiple 70 ft high performance racing yachts. With these vessels I have completed multiple offshore races over the past 10 years. In 2014 I placed 2nd in the Canadian Youth Nationals in small high performance sailing dinghys.
I am detailed oriented and a safety conscious person. During my years working with various crew, I have always fit in and helped contribute to an exceptional environment.
