Looking for a Novice Crew or Deckhand position

Hello, My name is Jaap, I'm looking for a boat to sail to Gibraltar, Madeira and/or the Canary Islands. This summer I sailed with friends on their 50 ft. ketch Eva Kristina from Harlingen, the Netherlands to O Vicedo, Spain. I spent 14 days of sailing including 5 nights at sea (including a Gulf of Biscay crossing) Incredible experience! It was my first real seagoing trip. After that I sailed on another vessel (Jeanneau 36i) from Menorca to Torrevieja, Spain. Now I want to go further, and probably find a ship to make an Atlantic crossing. I'm a dutch economics teacher, taking one year off to focus on sailing and a university graduate in Economics, fluent in English, German and Dutch (mother tongue) and speak Spanish quite good. I have a hands on mentality, I am a teamworker and very motivated to be an active crew member on a Blue water sailing boat.
So is there anyone out there who can help me out? :-)
