I'm a happy and straight forward person that likes taking responsibility. I've been working as a chef for 5 years and I absolutely love it. I've worked in a lot of different types of kitchens as fine dining, high tempo kitchens and catering. I am most comfortable with Swedish and French food.
But I love learning about new food and cultures.
