Looking for a Competent Crew position from mid July
Hi, I'm Greg, I'm a university student from the north of England looking to have some adventures and build some blue water sailing experience this summer. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew after taking the RYA competent crew course early this summer.
I love meeting and spending time with new and friendly people – along with experiencing new places this is definitely one of the things I love most about travelling. I’d describe myself as friendly and easy going with a good sense of humour and always quick to laugh.
I would love to one day be able to work remotely and sail around the world full-time, so crewing in summers seems like the best way of building experience and confidence on larger sailing yachts. I would also like a chance to travel in a way that isn't limited to destinations easily reachable by public transport and be able to explore some more off the grid locations.
