Yacht Master 500 GT

Master of Yachts less than 500 tons unlimited. I look forward to meeting new people and sharing my experience. As a communicative former professional photographer with a youthful character, I bring a creative perspective to my work. Also, I'm here if you need comprehensive instructor, navugator, delivery/transfer captain.

I hold two levels of Yacht Master license, internationally valid and commercially endorsed, applicable to all open seas (offshore). Also I hold valid STCW 95/2010, Boat commander up to 30gt, ENG1 and I never sail anywhere without my professional liability insurance. My background includes significant experience in long-distance delivery and charter and private operations.

Q: What’s your favourite boating experience? Actualy it was charter on east Adriatic coast with group of Italians. They were so keen to learn and be part of sailing that it felt like having big crew on 14m catamaran.

Q: What is it about being on the water that makes you tick? When out on the sea only thing that matters at that moment is weather, state of the sea and boat. Complete focus.

Fearless, funny and a damned fine chef

Sailed with Mladen on a five-week delivery from the French Atlantic coast to Croatia. It's always a bit of a lottery about who you're on board with, but there's no worries in that respect with Mladen. He's a smart guy, good sailor, great chef (seriously - there was a three-course meal one night!) and accomplished photographer with a broad-minded world view. Glad to count him as a friend.
