Yachtmaster Ocean looking for a Captain, O.O.W, Mate, or Delivery Crew positions
Yachtmaster (Ocean) and MCA Master 200/OOW 500 available for short or longer-term assignments.
I welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others, or continue learning from more experienced seafarers.
I have all the relevant STCW certificates (First Aid, Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting, Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Security Awareness) as well as Powerboat Level 2, SRC/VHF and GOC (GMDSS General Operator Certificate), and a current ENG 1 Seafarer Medical Certificate. I have also completed the MCA Approved Engine Course AEC1 & AEC2 and STCW Proficiency in Designated Security Duties.
I have dual nationality (New Zealand and British) and am happy to travel anywhere in the world for the right opportunity.

Great guy & professional sailor
Sailed with Rob on an Atlantic Crossing last year on a Neel 51. Rob is a great personality to have on board, creating a really good vibe & with plenty of interesting stories. As a sailor he is very meticulous & 100% knows what he is doing. You're lucky if the applies to sail your ship or be on board with you. Hope to sail with him again in the future!
