Looking for a Competent Crew, Mile building, Voluntary work or Novice Crew position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, Mile building, Voluntary work or Novice Crew. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I have an RYA Competent Crew and more recently a Day Skipper qualification. I have completed four channel crossings one of which was the 2023 Rolex Fastnet race. I also have one week of skippering a boat in the Aegean Sea. I am based in Oxfordshire but study in Bristol so have easy enough access to the Bristol Channel (I'd especially like to do more sailing out of Portishead!) and the South Coast.
I'm primarily interested in building my miles and experience so that I feel more competent as a sailor while also meeting people and also enjoying myself. Any opportunities to do so would be much appreciated :)
