I only have two seasons of experience in the yachting industry as a Sole Chef, nevertheless I have developed a strong foundation in preparing high-quality meals, provisioning and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional cuisine. I´m eager to bring my culinary skills, dedication and enthusiasm to your team. I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, trained in fine dining and fusion cuisine.I was trained in Belgium in French cuisine but I moved to Spain at a young age, where I did learn Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.I feel definitely confident in other food styles as Italian, Arabian, Asian, Caribbean and Latin American ones. I have got an eye for details, which reflects on my plates.
