Looking for a Novice Crew position

I want to have practical sailing experience. I have been studying the Chapman Seamanship and Piloting 68th edition book from time to time since from 2019. In recent years I have taken the IYT online course (International Yacht Training
theory), and I successfully completed
the e-Learning course for vessels ″ ≤ 24M,
ICC Theory course - Coastal and Inland
Waters International Module.
I have plans to sail around the world building miles, meeting like minded honest and supportive fellow travelers of life to share life experiences with. I feel the more people spend time on mountains, at sea or in the desert, the gist is embracing nature and being in an altruistic consciousness making the better being with in than it has been.
I am interested on having practical experience of my learning in an English speaking work environment. Preferably on USA vessels and other English speaking countries of the North Atlantic member states.
Type of baat: Sail boat/Motor boat
Size: > 30' (longer than thirty feet boat).
Position: Deck hand/3rd officer.
I can also provide my service at where I am living in the Republic of South Korea if by any situation you are docking in South Korean marinas and ports for a boat work or repair, I can also help you repair and maintain your boat geting it ready for sailing. Wood work, metal work, plumbing, electricy, modifications, innovations. I would still be having some pricrlesss experiences to help you with and get you back on your journey without being stuck.
And if you are in the USA, Australia, UK or Europe, I can travel to join a crew on a vessel if the neccesary documents for visa matters and flight tickets can be provided for a short or long term volunteering or employment. I don't have plans to stay in any country more than the jurisdiction of my sojourn time and activities, and I also appreciate prospectives with legitimate offers in these parameters.
