Looking for a Novice Crew, Mile building or Deckhand position

my name is Annika Gierz, I am 27 years old and live in Hamburg. For the last 5 years I have worked here at the Thalia Theatre as an event technician and also completed my master's degree. However, I have just decided to take a career break, which I would like to use to gain new experiences and impressions and to face new challenges.
I am currently looking for a crew position, as I do not yet have any significant sailing experience or certificates (I will do my STCW in January). But I have always been fascinated by seafaring, I am very good with my hands and I like to spend my free time outdoors in the fresh air. I thought this would be a good way to combine all of this.
