Looking for Novice Crew and Voluntary work

I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew and Voluntary work.
I am someone extremely right, and I help with several tasks.
I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke and eat mostly vegetables.
I am looking forward to learn the different techniques of sailing, meet some new and interesting people and having an incredible adventure at sea!
My dream is to see Greenland and be between the ice banks ! If I feel good on boat travel, why not to cross the Atlantic ?
Could you help me on that way ? :)
