Looking for a Mile building position

Hi
I've just joined Crewbay.
I'm looking for a position on a sailing vessel to learn and travel where the wind blows us ;)
I'm from Spain but i use to live in Chile for last few years.
I have sailed two medium voyages as a crew member: from Chile to Ecuador, and from Puerto Rico to Mexico.
I also have the Chilean coastal captain's license and have participated in some regattas with J24.
