Looking for a Novice Crew, Racing crew, Mile building or Friendship position

Hi - I'm based on the east coast in Suffolk. I'm looking to cruise, race and hopefully get some more miles under my belt. I've sailed on and off since my teens and I'm 42 now. I've raced a bit in the past on an Aphrodite 101 a few other bits and an X40 recently. I'm a yacht rigger and just want to sail as often as possible.
