Looking for a Deckhand or Cook/Stew position

Hi. I m looking for a boat I can join to cross the Atlantic to the caribbean or further to South America. I want to travel in south america by bike and I'm looking for an environmentally friendly way to get there. I also would love to learn how to sail. I have very little sailing experience, and only in the lakes in The Netherlands. I'm keen to learn more before I'l get on board.
