Looking for a Mile building position

I have RYA Day Skipper practical, RYA Competent Crew, RYA First Aid, RYA Motorboat Level 2 certificates and dinghy sailing experience.
I live in Reading and would like to sail somewhere in the Solent or the English Channel at (long) weekends, or somewhere in Europe for a week or two in the summer.
I would like to learn and practise doing even the small things in an optimal way. I like to learn and improve my skills and habits. I enjoy sailing and prefer sailing to motoring.
I do not smoke. I do not drink alcohol. I am pescatarian.
I work as a business intelligence consultant. I have studied economics and philosophy. For some time I worked as a life and business coach. I am originally from Hungary. I have been living in England for ten years. I have dual nationalities, a British and a Hungarian passport.
By the time I retire in 14 years' time, I would like to have a decent sailing experience and knowledge and then I would like to live on a sailing yacht.
