Skipper

  • Age1

  • Sea Miles 10,000+

sailing most of my adult life, cruised full time for 4 years.

Most of it single or shorthand.

conservative sailor, safety over adventure, avoid drama
Appreciate a sense of humor, a good attitude and willingness to keep the vessel going in a seamanship fashion .

No romance or personal involvement.

Expectation from crew

must have a minimum of sea experience compatible to ASA 101 and 103, not necessarily certified.
Covid vaccinated
No nudity aboard, do not like to treat sunburn or first degree burns.

Ability to accept and follow indications as they relate to sailing.

Able to keep solo watch but call me as conditions warrant

No course changes without notifying me.

This is a dry boat underway.

I am patient and have dealt with most known human behavior, but unwilling to put up with an argumentative and sullen attitude.

I cook and prepare all meals, if you like to pitch in, welcome but not required.

I do not mind cleaning dishes and pots, do not like to clean up after others.

Keep my boat clean and expect you do the same, when cruising she is my home.
