Need a mate/deckhand with sailing experience. Salary commensurate with experience and motivation. Must understand how to handle lines, do small projects, tie knots and clean boat exterior. Need familiarity with various cleaning products and their use, as well as the care of teak and Awlgrip paint. Fantastic opportunity to learn and travel the world on a gorgeous 106' all aluminum one of a kind sailing yacht. Proven safe vessel with over 300,000 nm under her hull. Cruising speed 15 knots under sail. Incredible skill and growth opportunity. Share a roomy private two bunk room and large bathroom with shower. Family atmosphere - fun loving, laid back couple and occasional friends/children (grown). Opportunity to crew 5-6 weeks of charter with tips. No smoking, no piercings; little drinking, no drugs and no drama on board. Younger retired couple will be on board often. The boat is continuously being upgraded; opportunity to learn project management and operate hydraulic sails. Boat is registered in Jamaica. Set to head to the Caribbean for winter 2022/23, Med and Adriatic for summer 2023.
